Hi Nicole,
Hope you’re well. Just wanted to provide our feedback regarding our Wedding Reception at
Grand Baccus…
We want to extend many thanks to Tony, Rocio and the entire Grand Baccus team for their
efforts in making our wedding reception a wonderful success. We have to extend many
thanks to Tony, Rocio and the GB staff for working with us to make sure our wedding menu
was everything we wanted. Tony is the reason we decided to have our reception at Grand
Baccus…we developed a great rapport right off the bat because he is genuine and was willing
to work with us to provide what we needed for an exceptional wedding reception. And that was
achieved! Tony was more than willing to discuss, negotiate and work within our budget. He
showed an interest helping us achieve our goals for the reception.
We’re still receiving compliments on the reception! The food was absolutely delicious and there
was an abundance of it! The service was impeccable and staff was very attentive to guests
needs and requests. I should also mention that we had a wonderful Floor Manager (Rocio),
who was very attentive and connected with us to make certain we knew our options and
made herself available to answer questions during the wedding preparation and the day of the
wedding. She worked quickly and with great efficiency to ensure everything was in order. Nicole
was also a pleasure to speak with in coordinating the meetings held with Grand Baccus. She
also made herself available for questions and concerns and was always accessible.
As mentioned, our guests are still raving! Grand Baccus was a wonderful experience and we
would definitely love to have other events there again in future! GB is 10′s across the board!!!

Hello,
My bridal shower was lovely. Everything went smoothly on my part as well as the hall. The staff
is wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and diligent. Adriana was an absolute pleasure to work
with. I would definitely recommend Grand Baccus to others.

Hi there,
We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with grand baccus. From the
moment we walked through the doors to the moment we left the hall at the reception, the staff
were courteous, always putting us at ease, was there to answer all our questions, and willing
to help in any way that they could. It is very stressful to plan a wedding – especially to plan a
wedding that the guests will remember fondly, and the grand baccus put us at ease.
Our floor manager was fabulous. She was there in an instant when needed, and faded into the
background when appropriate. She went above and beyond the call of duty with a simple fix
when my dress bussel broke so that I could continue dancing. She took cues from us about the
noise from the other hall. She was completely willing to do anything and everything to ensure
that our day was stress free.
The office staff was amazing. They were never cross with us for calling several times to ask
questions, or change things last minute. They were always reassuring that everything would
run smoothly, and always had a smile on their faces to greet us.
The food at the wedding was great. Our guests were impressed with the meal.
Thank you again for everything. We had a wonderful wedding day because of the efforts of the
grand baccus and it’s staff.

We had our wedding reception at Grand Baccus in April 2012 — and it was fantastic! Their hall is
very well maintained and they have some great spots for photographs indoors. But it’s their staff
who make the difference. They were so methodical and got down to every single detail. They
took my many questions patiently. I also had an outside caterer and they worked with him to
accomodate every request. The hall looked fabulous on the day. When we got to the reception,
everything was where it should be – perfect!!

My husband and I just recently had our wedding here. We had our ceremony and reception
here along with our traditional chinese tea ceremony. We had a great experience from
beginning to end. Right in the beginning we felt comfortable and welcome and we were
accomodated to. Amazing service from the sales, to Nicole, the secretary to the floor
manager. Available when we needed to talk to somebody about one concern or another (eg.
food allergies, borrowing a coat rack, etc). Grand Baccus also put so much extra details into
the service. Our event went smoothly due to the coordination of our floor manager Adrianna
with our wedding party. She checked in with us to make sure things were going well. She also
added extra touches to our sweet table. Everybody commented on the amount of food that
we had at our wedding (it was a lot), and we had great reviews about it. We were able to do a
fusion mix of chinese and western food – and Grand Baccus accomodated for all of our guests
food preferences and allergies. Our guests also commented to us about the amazing service
that they experienced at our event. We are so happy with the quality of service we received -
not to mention that it is a beautiful venue. Note: from the previous post, my husband sang at
our wedding, and he mentioned that the accoustics at Grand Baccus was actually quite good -
we were also lucky that the big hall next to ours was empty at the time – I don’t know if that had
an effect.
March 8th
Grand Baccus gave us the best customer service- ten fold compared to other halls in the
east AND west end. From the first phone call with the receptionist and how accommodating
everything was we need we were booking.
I highly recommend this venue and the staff in the new office is amazing.

Apprentice Awards Banquet, May 3, 2012
The banquet hall responded to my request for available dates in ample time. Emails were always
returned. Great Job. I think it was Tony Panacci that I was in touch with. Contract was returned as I had
requested with a signature.
Facilities are very inviting and clean. It shows pride of the banquet hall and the commitment of your
staff.
Allowing me to use my own tickets worked really well to kept my records as to who did or did not attend
the event.
Tables were placed as I requested and an additional table was added as my needs had changed with
additional copper fittings and trophies.
The coordinator (Adrianna, hope I remembered her name) checked to made sure I was ready to have
dinner at 7:00 pm and delayed five minutes. Meal was served on time as requested. The servers were
very professional. A great big thanks to the kitchen staff. The bartender also did a great job.
The meal was very good. Everything else was excellent.
As I close, a great big thanks to the staff especially to those not in the for-front who kept details in
order. Thanks to the managers and to everyone at Grand Baccus!

Hi Nicole,
I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was working with Grand Baccus. From
the very beginning when just dropping in to see the venue I was made to feel like top priority.
The staff took the time to give me the information that I needed to get things started. I was in
constant contact with Tony and Roscio through the whole thing, sending emails at all hours of
the day and always getting a response.
Nothing was ever overlooked when it came to the details of my wedding. I have 2 other family
members that had their wedding reception there and there was never any doubt that I would be
well taken care of and that everything would be perfect!
I would definately recommend the venue to others, I would sincerely like to thank all the staff at
Grand Baccus for making my event perfect/flawless and for making me feel so special and not
like “just another client”.

As usual the facility and the food were great. Many of our members in attendance had only good
comments which is one of the many reasons we continue to return each year for our AGM.
I would like to pass on my thanks to Adriana and Ricio (im sorry but the spelling may be
incorrect) for the excellent service they provided. They also take the extra steps to ensure that
everything is going well during the evening and don’t ask at the end of the event like other
establishments we have dealt with from time to time.
Could I also ask that you pencil us in for next years AGM.
